How does Energy Healing Therapy work

Energy Therapy is in essence the transfer of healing energy from spirit guides into physical or spiritual body (aura & chakras). This energy can work on a mental, emotional, spiritual or physical level in the person receiving it. As physical beings we are made of energy condensed into matter. This energy has a frequency like all energy at which rate we vibrate.

Any changes to that frequency can lead to disharmony in the body. This disharmony can affect our thoughts, emotions and physical wellbeing. We refer to illness as disease, meaning that a part of our self is out of harmony and balance with another.

The healing energy works to rebalance the whole system and bring about harmony and balance to our energy field.

Understanding Energetic Healing Therapy

Spiritual healing is not necessarily a cure, but can help in many ways. For example, if you cut a finger you’ll need a plaster to cover the wound; but spiritual healing can assist the body and speed up the healing process as well as helping the person deal with any emotional trauma caused by accidents or illness. Often an individual has a physical symptom with no aparent cause. This can happen because part of the illness can be in another part of the system.

The human body is just the physical shell like a cacoon which we see. We are in fact made up of several subtle bodies of energy  that relate to different aspects of our self. The emotional body holds emotions, so a blockage here or even a trauma can eventually cause a physical pain. Treating the pain does not relieve the blockage. Treating the blockage may relieve and cure the pain, by clearing, cleansing and balancing our energetic bodies, meaning the aura and chakras.

Healing sessions - in person or remotely.

Applying these principles described above, Lidia runs regular energy healing sessions involving a group introductory session followed by 1-2-1 individual healing work. These are arranged via online web conferencing and may be intense as Lidia works with her ascended masters to enable the removal of the energetic blocks within this area under focus during that session.

The sessions are conducted over a three hour time window with an opening introduction by Lidia, after which each individual client will be called in private at an agreed allotted ten minute time slot. The energy work is supported by a dedicated subliminal program for that area provided to all attendees.

After your one-to-one session, Lidia's guides will continue working with you remotely, until all blocks are cleared and healed. There will also be an aftercare service of one fifteen minute call in the three week period following, to support any issues arising after the session.

Spaces are limited due to the nature of the work being conducted.
