About Us 

The Global Light Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to help people clear obstacles and find fulfilment in every area of their life: health, finance, relationships, career, personal development and spirituality. We do this by providing information, practical advice, courses, training and individual sessions.  

Founded in London in 2009 by Lidia Frederico and a team of supporters, the Global Light Foundation is currently working towards opening a centre for support, teaching and healing in London to assist those in need.

We aim to give everybody access to a range of professionals and services including conventional and alternative health practices such as acupuncture, dental care, hypnotherapy, yoga or NLP, to business, financial and relationship advice, stress reduction, feng shui and energetic personal, home and business clearing.  

We plan to open many more centres and projects worldwide and are currently setting up a directory of tried and trusted service providers and professionals in a range of different fields.

The Global Light Foundation is currently funded by donations and fundraising events. We are also interested in sponsorships and collaboration.

Global Light Foundation events range from social events such as themed parties, single events, networking or family events to spiritual events and personal development events such as talks and workshops on health, wealth, relationships, science and other subjects.

Our Vision

The Global Light Foundation is a non-profit organisation and is currently seeking funds for a new wellness/holistic/healing centre for the London community. 

The centre objective is to work closely with other charity organisations and social services to help those who need help, guidance, counselling, training and support in any area of their life. 

The centre will host an internet café, library, computer facilities, a help-line and provide a variety of classes and workshops including  yoga, more confidence, meditation, how to manage your finances, alternative health practices such as homemade herbal remedies, how to improve your relationships, tips for job seekers and job interviews, spiritual guidance and many more. The aim is to provide people with the knowledge and skills, which enable them to help themselves.

What We Do

The Global Light Foundation was formed in November 2009.  Our main objective is to enable the lives of those who are suffering emotionally, mentally and physically. We are a body of people who have come together to create harmony and to obliterate discord in everyones lives.  GLF is a non-profit organisation, who have brought together a team of professional practitioners who specialise, in counselling, therapy and alternative healing. 

We all have a strong belief in the universe and as such subscribe to the thinking that togetherness brings unity, which is available to one and all.  So by sharing this concept, we will further empower the lives of others. 

The Team

All our team members are volunteers, offering their services to us without any recompense, but to further enhance their own growth, in all areas of their lives.  They all donate financially on a regular basis to enable the growth of the GLF, because they all believe in our ethos.  We are all committed to help those in need, with the conviction that as our own lives are constantly evolving in a positive way, it is vitally important that we pay It forward to all those who also need emotional  support.

We are all very passionate and have a purpose, along with joy and gratitude in our hearts. Which we hope will have a positive knock on effect on all those who need to utilise our services.  We are extremely grateful for all the support received thus far to the Global Light Foundation.
