Lidia is a Spiritual Life Coach, Trance Medium, Energy Therapist, Trainer, Key Speaker, Business Consultant.

Originally from Portugal, she moved to England in 1997. Lidia is happily married and has five beautiful children. Lidia’s psychic and mediumistic abilities were inherited from her mother's side where, for generations, they have been passed down to all the females of the family.

Since childhood Lidia was very aware of her gifts and as she has evolved spiritually so have her abilities. She started channelling in 1993.

Lidia’s work is based on clearing you of all negative influences in your energy field.

Through channelling her guides, Lidia identifies all of the influences in your life, whether they be your own beliefs and thought patterns, entities that have attached to you and need moving away, or the work of those who are not channelling the light.

Whilst trance channelling, her guides pinpoint how your life is being blocked, by unwanted energies, people and situations.  They proceed to move away the unwanted influences, sending them back to the light or neutralising their influences in your life. She then works energetically with you for a period of at least six weeks and up to six months, depending on what needs working on, with ongoing support.

Lidia continues to clean and balance your energy field without interfering with you until you can stand on your own two feet, thus ensuring that the unwanted influences don’t return. She works with the chakras, auras, uses herbs; Lidia is an Energy and Crystal Therapist. She is also extremely adept at clearing issues from past lives and soul retrieval, which invariably most people have no concept of, albeit the lack of `wholeness’ within an individual is very apparent to her. She is able to access the Akashic records of individuals to clear up their past karma, thus enabling their life to flow once again.

It is purely by her faith and belief in a higher power, that Lidia has been able to evolve spiritually as she has, thus in turn enabling those in need with her assistance and skillset.

Outside of her spiritual work, Lidia has numerous achievements under her belt. At eighteen she set up a karate school in Lisbon, Portugal, where she taught children, adults and the disabled. The school is still running to this day. She achieved 2^nd Dan status in Karate. She also became a beautician and is naturally creative. In what little spare time she has, she enjoys cross stitching, embroidering and listening to music and enjoying her family.
